Angry Baker owner Victoria Hink had always wanted to open her own bakery. At age nineteen, she began her culinary arts career by cooking at a fine dining restaurant, baking at a small cupcake shop, and studying in Columbus State’s culinary apprenticeship program. Her friend Anthony dubbed her the Angry Baker because she loved baking, but hated working by other people’s rules. Thus The Angry Baker was born: a little restaurant and bakery flipping conventional restaurant rules on their heads. Our menu consists of mostly vegan and vegetarian fare and just a couple of options for die-hard carnivores We believe in cooking up delicious vegan foods from scratch and making plant-based eating accessible to everyone.
